I am trying to download BBC iPlayer onto my surface RT but can't (can't search the iPlayer app on the windows app store nor can I download it via the BBC iPlayer website). I want to download it so I can watch programmes offline. I've updated by tablet to windows 8.1 but this hasn't helped.
