We’re really only combining two connections into one cable at one end, then un-combining those two connections back into two physical cables at the other end. Perhaps a better name would be “100BASE-T Combiner/Un-combiner”. Is the edge router provided and do you have access, if not then you will have to have ISP configure. You will also need another public ip or 2 if you have none. After a few minutes you should see two BT Hub SSIDs in the list of networks on your device. All your devices will still automatically connect to the original SSID name, which will be the 2.4GHz. If you want to connect to the 5GHz band only, you’ll need to connect them to the new SSID you have just created. The computer has both LAN and WiFi adapters so connecting to each of the networks is not a problem.
